Lime, obtained by the calcination of limestone containing calcium carbonate (CaCO3) in lime kilns at temperatures above 900-1000 °C, is produced with a daily capacity of 2250 tons through the advanced technology of Vişne Madencilik A.Ş.’s total of 9 kilns. The production steps, entirely monitored by PLC automation, ensure the highest efficiency and the continuous maintenance of quality production.
Urla Makina A.Ş., which performs the grinding, drying, and packaging of anthracite and petcoke, meets the needs of the industrial sector in our country. Our facility is located in Aliağa district of İzmir province. We operate on an area of 11,520 m², with 1,082 m² of covered space. Our operations include the “Drying, Sizing, Classification, and Packaging of Anthracite, Metallurgical Coke, and Petcoke.”
